What we handle
An emergency callout starts by limiting the damage: shut off the supply, protect the floor, find the source. Repair comes next.

Immediate repair when possible, otherwise a temporary fix and a firm appointment.
Price and quote
The callout fee and hourly labour rate are given on the phone. Parts are itemised on the quote handed over on site. Night, Sunday and public holiday surcharges are stated before we set off.
