Do you work at night and at weekends?
Out-of-hours callouts depend on the day's availability. Call and we will tell you straight. A surcharge applies and is stated before we set off.
How are prices set?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer, cash within the legal limit. An invoice is always issued.
Do you work in apartment blocks?
Yes: flats, common areas and business premises. We can issue a written report for the building manager or your insurer.
Can my insurer cover the work?
For water damage, your home insurance may cover leak detection and the damage itself. We issue an itemised invoice and, if needed, a written report to attach to your claim. The claim itself is yours to file, usually within five days.
