What we handle
Detection works by cross-checking: meter readings, visual inspection, thermal camera, tracer gas or acoustic listening depending on the surface. The aim is to open as little as possible.

Readings
Meter, pressure, outlets. We confirm there really is a leak.

Thermal camera, tracer gas or inspection camera as appropriate.

Repair and report
Targeted repair, water back on, written report if needed.
Price and quote
Detection is invoiced separately from the repair, because they are two different jobs. The amount is agreed before we start searching. Home insurance often covers part of it, which is what the written report is for.
